The nose behind this fragrance is Laurent Bruyere. Top notes are Bergamot, Tangerine and Cassia; middle notes are Rose and Pepper; base notes are Patchouli and Sandalwood. The house of Lacoste celebrated 75 years of its existence in 2008. First of the brand's products, introduced by tennis player Rene Lacoste on the market was cotton polo shirt, decorated with a small crocodile logo on the chest. The rest is history, since the first collection started such success which has not ceased till today's generation. The brand Lacoste has been a synonym for creations which has connected sports and elegance for the last ten years.In honour of celebration, a flacon which will thrill collectors and fans of Lacoste Essential perfume was presented. The perfume was introduced in 2005 and created in cooperation with perfumer Laurent Bruyere. The fragrance is a pleasant aromatic-woody one created in layers of green accords introducing freshness in top notes, with floral-spicy rhythm in the heart and an elegant combination of woody accords encompassing sandalwood and patchouli in the finish of the composition.Lacoste Essential Collector Edition has identical juice as the first perfume in a reformed sophisticated flacon, with references to modern way of life, which includes time for sports. The new version is available as a limited edition, in a flacon with the famous crocodile, in amount of 125 ml EDT, and it will appear on the market in autumn 2008.
