Truth and Method, is Phronema Perfume's contribution to the often overlooked fruity-oud microgenre.At its core is the regal richness of Malaysian Agarwood, with all of its thick cola, vanilla, cinnamon and labdanum effects, found steeped in the very soft but smoky embrace of birch tar and black leather, grounding this composition in the deep, semi-sweet resinous territory of oud. But what sets Truth and Method apart is the unexpected interplay of fruits—ripe banana and juicy pear, their sweet and tropical facets dancing with the brightness of grapefruit in a vivid, mouthwatering contrast to the dark woods below.Spices flicker in the air as cinnamon leaf and cardamom weave warmth through the heart of the fragrance, their heat softened by the creamy smoothness of Mysore Sandalwood and the delicate custard of ylang-ylang.
