Signature Citrine

Signature Citrine by Zaharoff is a Citrus Aromatic fragrance for women and men. Signature Citrine was launched in 2021. The nose behind this fragrance is Claude Dir. Top notes are Mandarin Orange, Sweet Orange, Red Currant, Guatemalan Cardamom and Fennel; middle notes are Clementine, Cistus Incanus, Pink Pepper, Fig Tree, Jasmine and Jasmine Sambac; base notes are Musk, Plum, Ambergris, Olibanum, Patchouli, Oakmoss, Agarwood (Oud) and Myrrh. Zaharoff Signature Citrine is the first "freshie" in the collection. Instead of using typical oils that one connects with a "freshie" fragrance, we decided to build an oil around the Zaharoff incense from the Signature line with something more unconventional - clementine.Clementine is a hybrid of mandarin and sweet orange and when the oil of clementine peel is extracted, it comes across as a wild orange with hints of lemon. We then played with actual sweet orange and mandarin to increase the experience...and what an experience! Zaharoff Signature Citrine is a true blast of citruses while staying true to the Zaharoff Signature DNA. It is a cleaner scent and the packaging shows "Zaharoff Signature Citrine was created working with Master Perfumer Claude Dir for that perfect fresh fragrance. The packaging shows a slice of a citrus, but upon closer look, you can see eight spokes. These eight spokes represents one of the oldest symbols in East Asia, the  wheel of Dharma, a symbol of wisdom, knowledge and insight."   - George Zaharoff.Zaharoff Signature Citrine is a "freshie", which means it's light, airy and invigorating. It was created with the precise intention to NOT be a heavy fragrance, there are six others in the collection that are exactly that. When one thinks "freshie" they think citrus or aquatic synthetic and I didn't want to go with synthetic.Next, the older freshies have more a fourgere-ish feel, with more herbal components. I wanted to keep this more fresh and modern (without synthetics) while still maintaining the Zaharoff DNA, like the amber, sandalwood, frankincense, myhrr, patchouli. It's intoxicating...and I keep a bottle in my gym bag when I want a "boost". You can also put Zaharoff Signature Royale X or Zaharoff Signature Noir first, wait 2-3 minutes and then Zaharoff Signature Citrine for different experiences as well.
